JavaScript Ua is looking for a new team member to join our team and enhance the company’s Recruiting department. In this role, your mission will be to cultivate and develop relationships with new businesses, helping them to build, grow and scale IT teams

Requirements

•  2+ years of similar experience in IT recruiting worldwide;
• Strong understanding of a full cycle of the recruitment processes;
• Solid experience with different recruiting tools and platforms;
• Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
• General understanding of technology stacks and roles;
• English level — at least Upper-intermediate;

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical background, deep understanding of different technologies;
• Understanding of IT market trends.
