Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Stress-resistant and avid multitasker;
- Self-driven and responsible problem solver;
- Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people across the teams;
- Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
- Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Employer Branding experience;
- Experience with HRIS: Bamboo HR, UKG or similar;
- Experience with Slack, Zoom.
