Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Stress-resistant and avid multitasker;
• Self-driven and responsible problem solver;
• Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people across the teams;
• Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
• Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Employer Branding experience;
• Experience with HRIS: Bamboo HR, UKG or similar;
• Experience with Slack, Zoom.
